Ju-bako

The juubako has traditionally been used by the Japanese as a lunch/dinner box, usually used during special occasions such as new years. Try storing some fruits or snacks in the box, the beauty of the box will surely induce your appetite.


The juubako all use a special Japanese lacquer called urushi. Urushi is applied by hand to all Kitaichi products, resulting in products with everlasting beauty that is soft to the touch.

The Ju-bako comes in various sizes and colors to suit any situation.
